Online Network Marketing Made EASY With Facebook

Hey guys and gals! This post is going to be a little bit less academic in nature. I like to write in my real person voice sometimes. But check it right. So some people are on Facebook pretty much all day. And that is NOT and exaggeration by any stretch of the imagination.

With almost 500 million members, the average time spent on Facebook AT A TIME is 10 minutes. So I can’t stress how important it is to turn up the dial on with your online network marketing Facebook strategy.

Keep reading because I’m going to lay out every single step that you need to take to put together a killer online network marketing strategy for Facebook.

Online Network Marketing – Facebook Recruiting Strategy Made Simple

Step 1 – Professional Profile

Professional Picture - Show us those pearly whites!! And put on a nice shirt for g–d sakes!! This is your ONLY chance to make a first impression. Make it count.
Your Bio Needs to Inspire – If you look professional, you need to also have a professional bio that sucks your prospect in and tells them, “hey I’m a nice guy with tons of experience who’s been through the same tough life you have. I’m all better now. And I can show you how to be like me.”

Step 2 – Status Updates

Big NO NO’s – No Politics, No Religion, No Sex, No Drugs, No Rock and Roll! Ok maybe a little rock and roll.
Starting out – In the beginning, don’t talk about anything in your personal life. It comes off like you’re an amateur and you DO NOT want that to happen. It’s all about street cred folks.
Share Things that Help – Network marketing online is characterized by how well you’re able to help people. If you can help people, then they make money because of it, you will have a friend for life. For example, I share my blog posts, other people’s blog posts, daily motivational quotes, notification for awesome webinars and I interact in a way that spurs response.

Step 3 – Adding Friends

Discover Your Niche – If you’re in a health and wellness MLM, then add friends who are into health and wellness. Do this by simply typing in “health and wellness” in the Facebook search bar. Join a group and start adding. But WAIT….
Include a Professional Message - Seriously, this is social media not robot media! When you add a friend it shows “add a personal message” on the box. Click that button and add a personal message!! It makes you stand out. No one does this! You’d be surprised how much more quality you get out of your leads once this happens.

Step 4 – Set Up a Group and Fan Page and Leverage it

This is the Secret to Online Network Marketing in Facebook

I’m not going into the exact steps of setting up a fan page/group here. I’ll leave that for another post. But what I will do is give you the actual strategy.

Set Up a Professional Group or Fan Page

Here’s what my group looks like. It’s important that you have “network marketing” or “mlm” somewhere in your group title because when people search on groups in Facebook, they need to be able to find your group.
The same principles apply from above in regards to keeping your profile professional

Create an Incentive for People to Join

Have a contest
Give something away for free
Create invaluable training that increases their curiosity about what this group will hold.

Invite People Every Single Day to Join Your Group

Make sure you’re inviting your friends whom you’ve connected with personally as they’ll be the most responsive to what you have to offer. Remember, you’re not trying to sell them on your opportunity. You just want to give them massive value. And most importantly the value needs to be actionable.

Message Your Members – WARNING: This is the most important step to online network marketing using this strategy. Get this wrong and suffer. Get this right and prosper.

The rule of thumb is to give them value 4 out of 5 times maybe even 9 out of 10 times. Value can be something that is considered very helpful because it got them out of a rut or it helped them make a sale or it explained a confusing concept and now they’re able to think clearly. The possibilities are literally endless…..that’s why there is virtually no competition if you market properly.
On the 10th communication, you may offer a product, service or opportunity. Why now?? It’s because you’ve developed a relationship with these people over time. You can only do this now because they don’t see you as a guy that’s sell, sell, sell. They see you as a guy that’s been opening their eyes to the reality of online network marketing and now they are ready to see what else you have to offer.
It is a mistake to write crappy messages. Let me repeat that here. It is a mistake to write crappy messages. It’s seen as amateur and horrible for your brand. Every time you communicate to someone you need to bring the FIRE!! And a call to action.
A call to action will be a click on your link to your product sales page, landing page, or opportunity.
