- What do you do for a living?
- How long have you been doing it?
- What got you into that?

Step 3 – Discover Their Needs
All you have to do is ask them what they find challenging, or what is it that they’re looking to learn next.
Step 4 – Over Deliver with *FREE* Value
This should be incredibly easy for you. After you discover their needs, give them action steps or even resources that they can tap into right away. You see, online network marketing is all about relationships. When you build a relationship that has a strong bond, you will develop loyalty. If you want loyalty and credibility, give people VALUE.
