Jusuru just another copy cat juice product? Or a company on the rise?

Asma Ishaq – President and CEO you can find her profile on LinkedIn. Her business background consists of working as an associate at Blackrock, Inc. which is an asset management investment firm that has over $3.19 trillion in assets under management. She then moved on to becoming a director of Give Something Back which is in the business supplies and equipment industry.

However, here leadership does progress to Executive Vice President of BioCell Technology which is the creator of BioCell Collegen a featured benefit of Jusuru.

This is a very interesting career path as there is nothing mentioning that she was involved in the field of network marketing or MLM. This makes you wonder how long this company will take to adjust to the dynamic of having distributors and the main driving force for sales.

How does Ishaq connect her understanding of Finance, business supplies and equipment, health and wellness to network marketing? Little is disclosed on the official Jusuru International website regarding the rest of the leadership team. Which leaves a massive question mark for me??

Jusuru International Compensation Plan

Jusuru’s compensation plan is a uni-level compensation plan.

What does that mean? It means that you sponsor one level of reps for your personal organization. With Jusuru, you get paid 5 levels deep until you become a “leader” and then you get paid 7 levels deep and that’s the power of multi-level-marketing.

There are 9 ways to get PAID in total. The others are Retail Sales, Team Builder Bonus, Team Leader Bonus, Fast Start Bonus, Enroller Bonus, Turbo Infinity Bonus, Check Match Bonus, Preferred Customer Pool, and Car Program

A feature of Jusuru’s compensation plan is that there is vertical compression. This means that when people start to become inactive, the group’s sales volume rolls up into the level.

In other terms, it’s like plugging holes in a leaking bucket. This is good because reps are getting paid and money isn’t reverting back to the company.

The Turbo Infinity Bonus Explained

Once you become an “Endeavour 3” leader level, you are eligible for this bonus. Basically, this means that starting with you an additional 3% is distributed to all “Endeavour 3” leaders or higher. The infinity part means that, in order to pay for the 3% it can come from deeper than 7 levels deep to make it happen.

Jusuru Product Ingredients

Jusuru contains a patented ingredient called BioCell Collagen II which is an amazing discovery that promotes joint and skin health. The other featured ingredient is resveratrol. This ingredient is derived from grapes and has been found to have incredible health benefits.

Other ingredients are blueberry juice, apple juice, strawberry juice, mangosteen, grape juice, acai berry, pomegranate, lycium and jujube. These are all considered super foods with high antioxidant properties.

The health and wellness industry is absolutely exploding and products like this are beginning to look very similar but the uniqueness of the BioCell Collagen II will separate this one from the pack since it is a proprietary formula.

This is a good move on their part and clearly a move by the producer of BioCell to deliver their discovery through juice instead of some kind of capsule or pill.

Should You Join Jusuru International?

My conclusion on this MLM is that Jusuru will be able to compete with the other juice products out there as long as they can provide the distributor support that is necessary for them to grow. This will be interesting to see as the President and CEO doesn’t have a history of network marketing herself.

The fact that they do not mention their leadership poses a large question in my mind whether or not they even have corporate MLM leaders in the company. However, they do have a strong product that can compete and as long as they produce top level recruiters on a consistent basis, everything should fall in place.

The compensation plan is strong and you can find it on their website in full. However, the one thing that is lacking and that lacks in most MLM companies is that they do not have a proper training system in place. There is no real support and no reality laid out for distributors.

It’s a fact that 95% fail in the network marketing industry. This is due to a lack of training and support. In order for Jusuru, to succeed they need to train their distributors how to be master marketers. Period.

If you’re in Jusuru you can succeed. You just need the proper tools and training to make yourself successful. You need to understand how to prospect and recruit first and foremost. Second you need to know how to market this juice. Especially in a competitive industry like network marketing and health and wellness.
