Stand Out

Learning how to stand out from the crowd can be difficult

Don’t forget the “fully customizable” part of your system. You’ve got to be you. Don’t be someone else. Be yourself because if I wanted to join the person you’re pretending to be, then I would just join them and not you!!

How To Be Different in Network Marketing

You’ve got to brainstorm ideas. Carry a notebook around and anytime you have an idea. Write it in the notebook. Eventually, you’ll have a treasure trove of ideas to use.

Take those ideas and TAKE ACTION. If they’re ideas for an ebook, put together an ebook. If they’re ideas for a video training session, then put together the session. Don’t delay. Procrastination will kill your business.

Provide original content by coming up with a NEW strategy. If you are going to share something you learned, give credit to the person that showed you strategy. Its good karma. Do it with some link love and increase SEO for both of you.

Make sure that the new strategy is legit. Meaning, you better have some results to show off and some testimonials to promote the strategy with. Of course a new strategy is YOUR SECRET, but if you want to brand yourself as a leader, you’ve got to give to receive.

Another way you can be different is by playing toward your strengths. Maybe you’re good at writing funny things. Write some funny articles or ads. Film a video that makes people laugh. Try to stand out. If you’re a goofy looking person, maybe poke some fun at yourself.

Recognizing your strengths can be difficult to do, but it can be easier to identify if you work with a team of people. Work with people that are honest and offer constructive criticism.

Think back in your life to the achievements that you’ve had. What was common about them? Did you struggle at first? How did you overcome that? Was it easy? What do you think made it so easy? These are just some questions you should ask yourself.

Duplicate Success and Results Not the Promotion of Someone Else

If you’re new or experienced in online marketing, it still feels like everyone is doing the same exact thing. Yet, they are all acheiving the same kinds of success and others are not. Why is that?

You see, the issue with duplication is exactly what it implies. People copy what you do to duplicate your results.

The issue with this is that unsuccessful people don’t “own” the system. Not own it, like created and trademarked it. But “own it” by mastering the principles and the system to create their own unique brand. Using the strategies that they’ve learned and applied their own methods to acheive extraordinary results.

If you’re using a “system” that people provide the tools for, by all means customize, customize, customize. Learn what works for you by learning what works for others. The fact of the matter is that some people may have strategies that are a gold mine. For them.  But it may not necessarily work for you.

Get creative with network marketing. Learn as much as you can from the best people you can find. Sure in the beginning you may not know how to differentiate yourself, but if you work hard at it, you will eventually find your own niche.
